Sawtooth Lake

This lake is accessible by vehicle, but you will definitely need a lifted truck, a sturdy jeep, or any reliable four-wheeler to make the journey. The road to the lake features a couple of tricky spots where adept driving skills and a well-maintained vehicle are essential to navigate safely. Along the way, you will pass by the scenic Chain Lakes, the serene Duck Lake, and Lake WGN, before reaching the endpoint at Sawtooth. However, a short hike of only about half a mile will lead you to the beautiful Sparhawk. It’s worth noting that during our visit, fishing was not particularly fruitful; in fact, I only managed to catch one eight-inch fish after spending three long hours on the water.
